Kitchen Basics: Viral Salads of the Internet In-Person
Learning knife skills can make your time in the kitchen easier, more efficient, safer, and maybe even fun! Gain cooking confidence while we practice basic cutting techniques on a variety of produce to create our own TikTok-inspired salads.
While this hands-on session is intended for absolute beginners, please note that sharp knives will be used and should be handled carefully. Registration is required.
Recipes will not include meat, dairy, or eggs but may include peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and/or gluten. If you will be attending this session and have special dietary needs, please contact Chloe Browne at chloe.browne@ritter.lib.oh.us or 440-967-3798 ext. 6413.
