Writing with Joy: A Generative Workshop In-Person
Develop the practice of listening to your writing voice.
The art of writing is a practice. Writer and publishing expert Brandi Larsen will share the Story Workshop Method, a way to generate creative writing that focuses on a joyful and playful way to take to the page.
A method designed for community and individual practice, please come prepared to write, play, and have fun. We'll sit in a semi-circle, work with word games and oral storytelling, and use paper and pen (or tablets and styluses) to write with exercises designed to free us to hear the stories we're trying to tell.
