Sewing Patterns 101

Sewing Patterns 101 In-Person

Have you ever purchased a gorgeous pattern from the store, opened it up and discovered that there's a whole new language to learn inside? We've all been there! This is your chance to learn the basics of pattern reading, taking a look at both commercial patterns and indie designers. We'll discuss typical pattern practices, grainlines, sizing, material selection, and more! Patrons will each receive a copy of an easy-to-sew PJ pants pattern to work through and learn about.

Also, bring any patterns from home to get those burning questions answered!
